Tips and suggestions on how to choose and buy a mallet:

You can start by trying one of the Club’s mallets. To be comfortable and to improve your play, it is best to have your own croquet mallet that suits your needs. Croquet Association's (CA) website suggests –

‘Visit a club and try out as many different mallets as you can to find one that suits you best. Choice of mallet is a very personal thing, and there are no hard and fast rules, so wherever possible, try before you buy.’
